Exchanges
We want you to choose a piece you’ll truly love. If it isn't quite right for you, you can contact us at neherhomes@gmail.com, we offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Returns
As our collections are limited, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or personal preference.

Refunds
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at neherhomes@gmail.com.

For damaged deliveries, we recommend recording the opening of your package and taking photographs before removing the product from its packaging.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label

Once we review the information, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

Items must not be returned without prior approval from Neher Homes. Any unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
