Returns and Refunds

Due to the high cost of international shipping, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect size selection, or ordering the wrong item.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, your item must arrive damaged, defective, or you must have received an incorrect product.

To report an issue, please contact us at neherhomes@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label

Once we review the information, we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
